Children should take palm fronds as they enter the Parish Hall this morning and join the Palm Sunday procession through the church. After the procession, they will go back to the Parish Hall for Sunday School.

Maundy Thursday, April 13
10:00 a.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite II) and Anointing
This service will be held in the chapel.

7:00 p.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite II) with Footwashing and the Stripping of the Altar*
The Choir of St. John’s will sing this service.

8:00 p.m. The Vigil at the Altar of Repose
Parishioners will keep the Vigil in the chapel throughout the night, concluding at 7:00 a.m. on Good Friday morning.

Good Friday, April 14
7:00 a.m. Morning Prayer and Mass of the Pre-Sanctified
This service will be held in the chapel.

12:00 noon The Liturgy for Good Friday*
The Choir of St. John’s will sing this service.

3:00 p.m. Prayers and the Tolling of the Bell

5:30 p.m. Evening Prayer
This service will be held in the chapel.

Holy Saturday and Easter Eve, April 15
7:00 p.m. The Great Vigil, Renewal of Baptismal Vows, and the First Eucharist of Easter*
The Choir of St. John’s will sing this service.
Incense will be used in this service.

The Sunday of the Resurrection: Easter Day, April 16
8:00 a.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite I)*

9:00 a.m. Flowering of the Easter Cross
In the Courtyard.

9:15 a.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite II)*
The Choir of St. John’s will sing this service.

9:15 a.m. The Holy Eucharist for Families with Young Children (Rite II)*
This service will be held in Rudisill Parish Hall at the same time as the celebration of the Holy Eucharist in the church. An Easter egg hunt for children will follow this service.
Sunday School classes do not meet this morning.

11:15 a.m. The Holy Eucharist (Rite I)*
The Choir of St. John’s will sing this service.

Monday in Easter Week, April 17
The Parish Offices are closed.
