We are pleased to announce that Ayana S. Grady has accepted the position of Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries at St. John’s. Ayana was unanimously and enthusiastically recommended by the search committee. She will begin her duties on October 1.

Ayana has served in Episcopal youth ministry for the past sixteen years and is currently Director of Youth Ministries at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville. She has been involved in youth ministry at both the diocesan and parish levels during her career. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia with a major in history and a minor in religious studies.
